Barb was my PA for the last 10+ years. She knew me and I trusted her care. You need to get another female PA to replace her.

As I said before, she listened to me and explained everything in a way I could understand. Although I hadn't seen her specifically in a while, she remembered our last visit and brought it up before I did. Her compassion and knowledge cemented my belief that there are good people in this world.
