Everyone from checking in to triage to the PA or Doctors are professional and very personable. They don’t waste time but you never feel rushed. They are very thorough and ask the right questions. On my last visit I didn't have to wait.....as soon as I was seated I was called back. Once I was back in the examination room, I was quickly seen. I love the physicians assistant!! She's very personable and easy to talk to.

The facility is clean and has a nice environment. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. I miss Dr. [ ] but Barbara Bayko has filled in for him very well, very down to earth and listens to your problems as well as offering help many ways. I really do like her.

The best medical team in Nassau County. I'm 89 and have been with them for years. Also my mom and my brother. Can't think of a bad thing to say about them. They're the BEST!!!

My last visit for my annual physical for Medicare was subpar. She saw that was in VA medical system wrote me off. I am with BAPTIST primary care in Callahan because Dr. [ ] has been my primary doctor for years. Even if I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to see my primary doctor, I won't wait and not see the PA anymore.
