I am 88 years old and have lived in four different states and many different cities. I don’t remember how many Primary care doctors I have had over the years but I have had many. In my opinion, Thomas Ball is the best even though I have had other very good ones. He is very professional but very friendly. You feel very relaxed in his unhurried manner.
He is always prepared by carefully reviewing your file, recent reports from other physicians and all of the blood tests he ordered prior to the date of your visit.
He asks many questions but gives you plenty of time to answer them as well as asking
Him questions of your own. He is never hurried.
When the exam is over, he prepares a very thoughtful report which sets out his diagnosis and reviews his list of treatments.
Your next office visit is scheduled but he always tells you to call his office if you have
Any problems that come up in the interim.
He is a gentleman and a scholar., I am very pleased to be one of his patients.

I am [ ] and have had many primary care doctors in multiple states over the years. Tom Ball is, in my opinion, the best I have ever encountered. He is very professional, very knowledgeful in his field, very bright and very friendly. He puts you at ease as he proceeds through his exam. He asks many questions of you and gives detailed answers to your questions. Following the exam, he prepares a detailed, comprehensive report. The report outlines treatment recommendations to your problems. Lee Health is fortunate to have a man of this character and competence in it’s ranks.

The front desk was extremely helpful and understanding, they went beyond normal care and concern. Beatrice, the medical assistant was very kind and supportive. Dr. Ball bent over backwards to make sure that he was able to see me and deal with my situation. I was again pleased and very grateful. He is more than kind.

Dr Ball didn't make me feel rushed took the time to listen to my concerns, and I feel he recommends a balanced approach to my care and follow up. He's been my primary care physician for nearly 5 years and I'm lucky to have found him.

Dr. Ball is not only patient, friendly, and kind, but he’s also an excellent professional treating his patients with the proper [ ] to heal any [ ] they have. He takes all of the time needed, and you never feel rushed at all. Unfortunately, he is retiring, and I have told him that he cannot retire until I expire.

Dr. Ball is an exceptional primary care physician. He takes his time and does not rush. He answers all questions in an understandable manner. At the end of the exam he develops a detailed plan for future care and a date for follow up care is given before you leave. That day a detailed written report is printed on his portal for your help in remembering his recommendations.
