I feel that Dr. Ball is an exceptional physician. He is easy to talk to, explains things clearly, and as necessary, made referrals and spoken with other medical professionals in concern to my health. On several occasions over the past year, he has reacher out to me by phone to check on my well-being or explain results from tests.

Dr. Ball never makes me feel rushed, always discusses my concerns instead of just talking at me. I appreciate his efforts!

Dr Ball is very appreciated. He listens really good and is extremely knowledgeable. He is also not pushy about getting [ ] that I don’t want which is important to me that he respects my views.

Dr. Ball is very personable and professional. He is an extremely caring doctor, and he takes the time to make certain you understand the importance of your well being. His nurse was very knowledgeable, as well.

Medical assistant who did pre appointment work up was very courteous and efficient. Don't remember her name. All staff were super nice and medically efficient.

Dr. Tom is always very professional, takes the time to listen to my needs. He genuinely cares about my health and explains everything so well. We used the AI during my visit and I thought that was pretty cool technology. He’s always outstanding.

My visits started with a call for a last minute appointment in which they were very accommodating. I was scheduled with Dr. Ball. It was my first visit with him and very impressed with his care. He took the time to follow up to be sure I had proper care at home. I would definitely see him again.

Dr Ball went above to also look at my room mates [ ]….very professiona and caring. Dr Ball took time with each of us to explain how to deal with our problems. I was most impressed and am so glad to have home as my doctor.
