BEST PCP in Florida! Selfishly I wish he’d never retire. He finds a way to assist those of us who are hesitant to add yet one more [ ] not by telling us what’s good for us or what we should do but by helping us to chose it for ourselves. It’s a gift and an art and he works hard at it especially in my case. He finds work arounds when he is asked and presents alternatives and choices within good medical practice. He’s amazing and THE best example of a PCP Lee County Medical has!

Dr Ball has been like no other. He addresses my immediate concerns and will check for interactions, additional testing and he's answered my messages in Epic quickly and on weekends and holidays.

I feel that Dr. Ball is an exceptional physician. He is easy to talk to, explains things clearly, and as necessary, made referrals and spoken with other medical professionals in concern to my health. On several occasions over the past year, he has reacher out to me by phone to check on my well-being or explain results from tests.

Dr Ball is very appreciated. He listens really good and is extremely knowledgeable. He is also not pushy about getting [ ] that I don’t want which is important to me that he respects my views.

Dr. Ball is very personable and professional. He is an extremely caring doctor, and he takes the time to make certain you understand the importance of your well being. His nurse was very knowledgeable, as well.

Dr. Tom is always very professional, takes the time to listen to my needs. He genuinely cares about my health and explains everything so well. We used the AI during my visit and I thought that was pretty cool technology. He’s always outstanding.

My visits started with a call for a last minute appointment in which they were very accommodating. I was scheduled with Dr. Ball. It was my first visit with him and very impressed with his care. He took the time to follow up to be sure I had proper care at home. I would definitely see him again.
