Dr. Is excellent and I am very disappointed that she is leaving. Also very disappointed that there is no immediate replacement in Rheumatology.

The nurse who took my weight, blood pressure, etc was outstanding. She treated me like an old friend. Very upbeat, positive, enjoyable to spend time with! I wanted to spend even MORE time with her!

The staff that works with Dr. Lisa Balistreri excellent. Chris at the front desk was able to get me an appointment the same day. The nurse that took care of me very attentive. Check out was fantastic your staff is excellent.

Dr Lisa Balistreri was wonderful. She listened and we both had positive thoughts moving forward. I am truly sorry she is leaving the area, but she will definitely make many other patients very happy because she listens.

The nurse checking me in was very cheerful. The staff as I was escorted to the room was laughing and smiling, giving me the impression they all enjoy working there. I was told the dr was running behind and that there may be a bit of a wait. To me, that says that the dr does not rush patients, and everyone is given time to address their concerns. I like that. In the end, it was not that long of a wait, but I appreciated being told anyway.

Courtney, Dr. Lisa's nurse Is always professional and caring during my visit. I am so very sorry that Dr. Lisa B. Is leaving. She is one of few of my specialists who takes REAL time with her patients to review ALL test results, notes, and gives her opinion on "next steps" for treatment as needed. She always makes her patients feel important, at ease, welcomed, and inclusive in the discussion. She will be missed dearly. I wish other doctors can learn from her method of communication style.
