Dr. Balisteri and her staff were A#1 over the top the most caring professionals I have ever met. From the moment I walked into the office I felt warmly welcomed and put at ease. The office has a great vibe. Dr.. Balisteri was so kind and so easy to work with. She took in all the information I gave her. She was very complementary and together we worked to figure out what was wrong. That’s the kind of teamwork everyone needs in a doctor. She is such a kind and caring doctor. She was such a good listener and I’m so glad that We’re working together.

She looked me in the eyes as she talked and understand all my problems. She was very caring and spent a lot of time with me. We talked about the meds I was on and she explained each one to me. She's a great doctor.

Lisa was wonderful! I’ve seen quite a fee doctors and specialists specifically but she has GOT to be the best one. They are all great. Very courteous and make you feel right at home. The Dr is fabulous. She listone to every Word I say and answers all questions. I have recommended her already and I hope they do go to her. They won’t regret it.

Courtney came in before Lisa to update profile info and take vitals. Courtney was excellent in answering all my questions and put me at easy for my first visit. I was very happy with Lisa's expertise and explaing all test results and future care and follow up.

Dr Balistreri was very attentive and listened to my description and concerns related to my psoriatic arthritis. I was impressed by her professionalism and consulting concerning my condition. She never seemed rushed or hurried through my appointment. I appreciated her thoughts and suggestions for treatment of my Psa.
Also I was very impressed my blood work results came that afternoon and I received her notes on my visit that evening.
I am new to the area. So pleased I selected care at this facility and Dr. Balistreri.

Dr Lisa was very attentive and informative. I had my [ ] that day and received the results that [ ]. Later that evening I received her notes regarding my [ ]. I was blown away in how quickly my [ ] and her follow up happened. Also I was very impressed with the healthcare environment of Lee County Outpatient Clinic. Not only was the interior beautiful, it was very pleasant, calming and clean. So glad I selected care at this facility.

Dr Balistreri is a very caring as well as a very knowledgeable physician. She takes the time required to fully understand and evaluate the problem.
