The office in Lehigh was amazing. I never should have switched offices (convenience of driving distance) the quality of care and respect were 100/100. The girl working front desk yesterday evening was so kind and welcoming and both the nurse and Melissa were wonderful. I’m so happy I made the switch back (regardless of the driving distance). Thank you!

Dr Bacchus was exceptional. Very kind, thorough, and explained well. My daughter really loved her and so did I. The MA was also wonderful and and took time to answer all the questions. Wonderful team! Highly recommend!

The lady that is normally at the desk upon checkout is amazing! She’s always so friendly and asks how my [ ] is doing. She is also always very nice and includes my two year old in conversation as well!

Dr Bacchus is BY FAR the best pediatrician. She really cares about my two sons and always comes in with a smile and open arms for a hug from them. If I make it to an appointment and only have one of my children, she always asks about the other one. She is super easy to talk to and really relays A sense of ease and comfort in difficult conversations. Dr. Bacchus is empathetic, funny and very knowledgeable in her field. I will recommend everyone I know, looking for a Pediatrician for their child to see her. THANK YOU Dr. Bacchus for being an amazing pediatrician!!

The whole staff that we encountered were very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. Everyone took their time explaining processes, and I am so glad We were able to get in and were given such wonderful professionals to take care of my daughter.

Star, MA was incredibly patient while collecting my son’s health and family history. It was nice to not feel rushed. Dr. Melissa was very kind and attentive. She validated my concerns and addressed everything promptly.
