The entire staff, the efficiency of the office operations, Drs and PA's take the time to actually talk to you and listen, i also appreciate their being on the Baptist Portal which makes it so easy and convenient to see and review medications, appointment notes, test results as well as communication with office staff.

You are more readily available. Especially the heart doctors. There is always someone you can talk to about any concerns, even after hours. That means a lot. I have had good service from each of my doctors. No complaints.

The practice is run professionally. You understand what an appointment is and are always (so far) right on time. I'm still working so I appreciate that. More importantly, I don't believe I could find better or more responsive care. When I send a question through the portal, the response is usually in less than 24 hours. Dr. [last name], PA Hill and their assistants are always pleasant and thorough. I've never felt rushed. I was referred by a happy patient and I've already referred several friends.

I actually like my PA. My heart specialist is [last name] but since he's been out on a sabbatical, I'm seeing his PA, Ashley Hill. She's been great! Listens/answers my questions, goes over my bloodwork and meds and just shows enthusiasm for the promotion of my health. Thanks Ashley, your awesome!

Ashley the PA made me feel confident in her ability to define the issues and had appropriate concern. Dr [ ] was the bomb as always. Ms [ ] was very efficient and concise in explaining what I needed to do before the heart cath. Lastly, I didn't get her name, but the lady at checkout who did my scheduling was wonderful!
