My last visit was at the new facility. It was the first day in their new office. It went pretty smoothly. I did not have a long wait. Which was refreshing, sometimes it can take a while to get in the examine room, All in all, it was a good visit.

The entire staff, the efficiency of the office operations, Drs and PA's take the time to actually talk to you and listen, i also appreciate their being on the Baptist Portal which makes it so easy and convenient to see and review medications, appointment notes, test results as well as communication with office staff.

You are more readily available. Especially the heart doctors. There is always someone you can talk to about any concerns, even after hours. That means a lot. I have had good service from each of my doctors. No complaints.
