The entire staff is cordial, very helpful, and professional. My first appointment was with PA-C Hill and she set the stage for my overall very positive impression of Baptist Beaches Heart Specialist. Every subsequent appointment was exceptional and I received exceptional responses when asking questions on-line. In particular, I received exceptional handling when I asked to have my prescription sent to my provider at the Veterans Administration. It is no easy task to negotiate the many steps in having a prescription from a non-VA provider accepted and put into affect. It occurred more than a year ago so I've forgotten her name but she went above and beyond in dealing with the VA on my behalf.
