Extremely easy to park and go right into the building. It is clean and pleasant. The entire staff is kind and friendly. The doctors and the PA’s are knowledgeable and very thorough. I feel like I am in excellent hands with this practice. Highly recommend.

We didn't have to wait long at all and our tech that checked us in was very sweet. Major shout out to PA Ashley Hill. We had a pretty long list of concerns since this was my husband's first appt after getting a stent put in plus having had two other surgeries in eight total days. She methodically went down our list of items to discuss and provided great input/advice. We had one item that she needed to confer with Dr. [last name] on. Instead of us having to wait for an answer, she left the office, found and spoke to him and came right back with the answer. You don't see that kind of efficiency very often. She was truly medically proficient and very skilled at looking at my husband's case from a whole person perspective vs. just the heart stent procedure. Really liked her overall attitude and skills. THANKS PA HILL!!!

My experience with PA-C Hill was exceptionally satisfying. PA Hill was prepared and knew exactly what I was there for. She described how I was to administer the medication, alerted me to the side effects, and suggested I eat a high protein diet. I complicated matters by asking to have the prescription faxed to the VA which she did. When the VA would not not process the prescription in a timely manner, I asked to have it faxed to Express Scripts. PA-C Hill handled my request and faxed the prescription promptly. I am more than satisfied with PA-C Hill and Baptist Heart Specialist's handling of my appointment.

I LOVE the new office and waiting room. It's a much more organized processed and I actually got in and out in a timely manner. I met with the PA this time and she was fantastic.
