My appointment was somewhat of a meet & greet with me being a new patient to SSM Health that I was with 11-12 years ago. We pretty much just went over my medical history. I left somewhat unsure if my UW Health mychart was being used, I did "link" the UW Health info in this morning to my account.

It was very difficult to move to new providers after Dr Collister retired. I believe NP Kluge is my 3rd. One became unavailable before I saw her, the next was excellent and I was disappointed to lose her and the Mayville clinic. So I was not feeling very confident as I made another change. However, I feel confident in the care I am receiving from NP Kluge and hope that she will continue to be available for the future.
