My family has been with Dr Klugas since he was a resident. He has always been kind, considerate, thorough and most of all cares about your health and concerns.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Klugas is well educated, kind, pleasant and caring. He always demonstrates concern for my well being and takes appropriate steps to maintain my health to the best degree possible. He is a fine partner and has my trust and confidence.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Klugus is a very nice doctor. I can sit and ask questions with getting answers. In the room with the doctor(s) longer times than short visits that's what I like about the visits. I would bery much recommend freinds and family members for this doctor.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
MacKenzie said that Dr Klugas was very kind. She specifically commented on how great his sense of humor was. She loved that he was making them feel comfortable by making lighthearted jokes. Thank you for being amazing with my kids during a fast-paced, crazy day!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Klugas was wonderful with my girls during the free sports physicals. We were one of the last families to be seen and even at 5pm he was respectful, had a great sense of humor, and made my girls both feel comfortable. Given the situation it wouldn’t have been surprising for the physician to be exhausted from flipping rooms feverishly during the fast paced free sports physicals. I’m so happy that was not the experience we had. Everyone was wonderful! You have a wonderful, caring, patient, and resilient team! Thank you for providing sports physicals to the community.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Larger space? Assembly style line where each person is responsible for one part of the assessment and then the student moves to the next section to complete full physical? In the past free sports physicals had been provided at the alma middle school more like that.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Klugas paid careful attention to everything I said to him. He was concerned bout my blood pressure. Which I have changed by using decafe coffee. It has been lowered significantly.

My family has seen Dr Klugas since his first day as a resident at family Practice in Midland Mi. I liked him from the beginning. He is thorough, kind, compassionate, caring, friendly and honest. Couldn’t be any happier to have him as our family Dr for all these years.

Nothing. Staff is very pleasant, friendly and courteous

I had a thorough examination. Dr.Klugas asks good questions. He also made sure I got my order for X rays on my back. He is a very good listener

Doctor and staff always treat me with respect and kindness, like a family member not just a number.

I cannot think of anything. I'm always gratefull during my visits and care.

Dr. Klugas listens, explains and takes time to go over anything I should be aware of in my health care. I feel comfortable having him as my physician.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Klugas is always outstanding. I live pretty far from the office now and I continue to go out of my way to get there because I want him for my doctor. He ALWAYS listens to me and I never feel rushed or embarrassed or disrespected.

The doctor I was scheduled to see had to leave with very little notice. Dr. Klugas was quickly available to see me so that I could keep my appointment time and not have to reschedule.

He listens to what I have to ask him about some issues I have. Very clearly in answering back and explaining. He's a very nice doctor.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I felt the whole experience was very helpful. Doctor Klugas is great at explaining things and discussing ideas as well as listening to my thoughts. I live in Midland but drive to Alma because of the people there. I am much more comfortable with Alma's kind and friendly staff. I wish all medical facilities were like this one!

Dr Klugas allayed any apprehension I had about my upcoming surgical procedure. He always listens to either myself or my wife.
