I'm 84 and its important that I have a doctor I feel confident is interested in helping me stay healthy and active. I like Dr. Arn and believe I can trust her to order medically necessary tests and treatments. She is willing to work with me when I am unsure about a test or medication I don't feel may not be exactly right for me. I am really happy to have Dr. Arn as my primary care physician. Also, the staff in the doctors office is very pleasant and helpful, and I feel they are happy I'm a patient there.

Everything. The entire staff is amazing and helped me feel comfortable during my visit. My doctor took her time to get to know and understand me. I felt heard and thoroughly cared for. I was guided and educated well throughout the entire appointment. They left no stone unturned.

Knowledgeable, caring staff, both doctors and office. Easy to work with, I moved 45 minutes away and still make the trip for appointments because of the quality of care. Dr Arn and Dr [last name] are excellent practitioners, and Valerie (referrals) is a wonderful referral specialist!

Everyone was friendly and helpful! The receptionist was super helpful, the nurse who checked me in was very caring and understanding, and the doctor was amazing. I felt welcomed. I haven't been to a doctor in years and wanted to establish a primary care. My wife goes here too and loves it.

What do I like? Dr Arn. Both myself, and now my entire immediate family (4 of us), have Dr Arn as our primary doctor and we just love her. There have been some rough edges in dealing with SOME of the staff over the last year. But the doctors and office manager have been keen to listen and open to fixing those issues. And, to be fair, it does seem to be better now. We're very very happy with Dr Arn and I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
