The receptionist that I spoke with when I first walked in was one of the nicest receptionist that I have ever, ever spoken with. Also one of the nicest and most helpful!

Dr. Carrillo explained thoroughly the changes of statin therapy and other health concerns. Maria was cordial and helpful during my preliminary visit. She also completed a prescription refill.

Dr. Arjona is a great communicator, very kind, and makes excellent decisions. He is quick and precise, listens very well to our concerns, is very flexible, and understands our difficulties perfectly. He gives us very timely advice and offers relevant opportunities. We love him; he is awesome.

I've been going to the clinic for eight years. My first choice was my best choice From the time you pull into the parking lot, there's always someplace to park. When you enter the clinic, you go to check in? They're always smiles and pleasant personalities and the same when you leave. I never have to wait more than a minute either checking in or checking out. They're all smiles. My doctor retired, and I had Dr. Ajhona Carrillo. I was very pleased Hadn't been very long that I had a kidney removed because of a tumor And I was concerned about a couple things, and I brought it up to the doctor and he sat there and explained to me better than the kidney doctor did And the question I have, he relieved me and my worry He's always positive and he's always going to get you what help you need He always takes time to talk to you There's never a rush He's all professional that's a fact But he makes you feel comfortable being around him When he explains anything to me, he doesn't use All medical terms. He talks in English to me, lol words I understand. You can ask him anything He'll explain it if he needs to, and he won't be in a rush I feel very lucky to have him

I like Dr. Carrillo. He's very professional and he has helped me through those years. He's the best they all work. It's a team and that's what I like and when I need a doctor they write away. Try to help me out. I'm very happy with everybody especially my doctor and his nurse. They take care of me. Very good. I like the doctor because he very caring and he asked me. Is there anything else he can help or do I need? He's always have taken time with me and his nurse. I'm not sure. Will tell those people and I have told them he's very good. that's who you can trust Dr. Carrillo.
