Dr. Arana spends time with patient. Never been in hurry but takes time and listens. Accurate in targeting issues that need to be addressed. Overall she's very smart and caring!

Entire staff receptionist nurse assistant and of course doctor were very friendly and informative

My care was via a phone call, my only concern was how to connect, she was very patient with me as I'm not a computer person. I finally got through and was very happy with the results.

Both Dr Arana and her assistant (I'm sorry I don't know her name, she took my vitals, etc) I was/am very appreciative for all the care I received so I taking a bit of time to tell them so here. I don't usually fill out surveys.

Dr. Arana and all her staff as of the moment you walk in to the moment you leave you know that you are very well taken care of. Yes, my PCP Dr. Arana is the BEST, BEST DAMN Dr I've had in 30+ years!! She's the best at what she does & most of all why I her is because she "listens" to me & what my concerns are, she explains in detail what you may/may not have & YES she cares about the wellbeing of her patients & that's why she's been my Dr for 12 years.... She's Top Doc!!!
