My original provider left the practice. I called for an appointment for an abnormal test result and was given a Dec 5 th appointment. I asked to be placed on the waiting list and was called in earlier.

First time I met with Dr Arana. I had met with ARPN's in the office/practice previously and was impressed with their medical knowledge, customer service, etc. Dr. Arana was good, listened to my several questions, offered good/solid medical advice (e.g., recommending that I increase my daily dosage of Calcium and Vit D3 supplements) to help with my weakened bone issues.

Doctor Arana , Being well experienced, understood my problem l and addressed my concerns fully. This included giving me information for at home care that might mitigate a further hospitalization. I believe her Medical advice as trustworthy as she comforted me with her gentle strength.

The first time I met Dr. Arana. I was amazed of her professionalism . She is very caring, smart & she knows what she is doing. I explained my problems to her after my major surgery. Also, with recurrence of my cancer, I felt a sharp & burning pain into my spinal 24/7. Intolerable pain, I cried of non stop pain from my neck, back shoulders & weakness of my arms & fingers. She understood very well what I go thru with this cancer. She helps me felt better, the best support I ever had. I will highly recommend this very smart, professional & caring doctor to all.

Dr Arana was so caring and listened to my concerns with my Pancreatitis that I developed during my endoscopy surgery that happened in February. I was having a flared up and she was very concerned. I so happy I have her as my Primary Care doctor.

The office staff were polite and professional, and the provider was respectful during the visit. I appreciated that my urinalysis was completed and that follow-up labs were ordered for abnormal results. The staff made the check-in and visit process smooth.
