This visit the staff was absolutely awesome. The young lady at the front desk was so bright and cheerful at 7:30 in the morning, it set the tone for the day. Jessica, medical assistant was very friendly and sweet. She did make my arm sore with the tetanus shot, but I expected it. LOL Anne Anderson, ARNP is so thorough and asked a lot of questions to assess my health, which I greatly appreciate at my age. Lastly, there is Faye at checkout. I have "known" her for years as I've been with the practice since 2006. She always has a smile and friendly comment for you as you check out. I will say that this was probably the best experience I've had in a long time at this practice. Keep it up please.

Appointments can be made quickly. Wait times for scheduled appointments are minimal. Staff are friendly. I never feel rushed during my appointment and the staff seem truly interested in my wellbeing.

The person at the front desk was not very personable when I checked in. A smile from her probably would have made all the difference. I really like Anne Anderson, ARNP. She was extremely thorough upon seeing me for the first time. I would actually prefer to see her than Dr Trapp. I have been seen at this practice since 2006 & have seen the changes through the years.

your billing department, i have called my insurance and your billing department, i have explained and discussed the eob's and nothing has happened your billing needs to send the correct finger that i injured in june i have asked that they do that and they tell me its my insurance that is the issue, i have paid my co pay for my office visits with my flex card and your billing department turns around and refunds the money to my flex account, i would really like to talk to someone who can take care of this issue
