Dr. Urban was great, she was very thorough in discussing issues and asking questions. She seemed very compassionate but also like she is willing to try and do what’s necessary to fix any issues I have.

I felt listened to. And she didn’t rush, she took the time for all of my questions and explained to me all she could in detail and kindness.

First time meeting her, she was very engaged and took quite a bit of time with me as I had several issues to deal with. Although I felt she was having a very full day dealing with clients from Dr Tucker, which were all new to her, I felt she gave 100%.
