Love the staff. They’re very personal, pleasant and efficient. I see Dr. Gupta. I’ve found her to be a good listener who then responds to my concerns. She’s very knowledgeable. I have a long history of sinus infections. I went to Dr. Gupta when I thought I was miserably suffering from one. To my surprise, she referred me to an ENT doctor rather than prescribing antibiotics. I surely didn’t want another doctor! However, my visit proved Dr. Gupta’s instincts were accurate. After a thorough examination, I was told I did not have anything concerning going on with my sinuses but my gut. I discovered I had a big gluten sensitivity. I also got a long procrastinated hearing exam while there.

She is Intelligent, a great diagnostician, thoughtful and caring, knows her patients. Baptist/ Nocatee is lucky to have her!
The office staff is always so nice, helpful and patient oriented. Robin runs the front desk like a well choreographed ballet! Brenda and Jiger keep things moving efficiently with patient care. There are two other staff members that also are always pleasant. Q
I always recommend the office to friends in the area. Happy Age Well is here in Nocatee!

From start to finish, the front desk personnel are great. All patients are greeted by name.
The doctors, and nurses are excellent. Dr Gupta is also a very kind doctor and all the back room staff and technicians are wonderful.
I am very pleased that I chose to go to this Agewell Office with Baptist Health.

That it is for adults only. Dr Gupta is efficient and pleasant. The staff are friendly and run the office well. It is close to our 55 and up community.

Very efficiently run office. Very little waiting time. Dr Gupta is a very good listener and develops treatment plans in partnership with her patients while taking the time to explain her rationale and reasoning.

Professional staff. Managed efficiently. You are seen at your scheduled appointment time, rarely are you waiting more than 5/10 minutes pass your appointment time. Staff are “really” concerned about your well being and you are never treated as an interference with their time. All staff are willing to answer all questions and/or concerns pertaining to your health care
