This is the second time in a month I have been asked to complete this survey. Here is the essence of what I wrote the first time. Everyone at Agewell is very professional, friendly, and helpful. Age Well has arranged appointments with all physicians when I move to the Ponte Vedra area. The appointments were timely and addressed my health issues completely. Dr. Gupta is my primary care physician and she is has provided excellent care and has made several timely referrals to specialists.
