From start to finish, the front desk personnel are great. All patients are greeted by name. The doctors, and nurses are excellent. Dr Gupta is also a very kind doctor and all the back room staff and technicians are wonderful. I am very pleased that I chose to go to this Agewell Office with Baptist Health.

That it is for adults only. Dr Gupta is efficient and pleasant. The staff are friendly and run the office well. It is close to our 55 and up community.

Professional staff. Managed efficiently. You are seen at your scheduled appointment time, rarely are you waiting more than 5/10 minutes pass your appointment time. Staff are “really” concerned about your well being and you are never treated as an interference with their time. All staff are willing to answer all questions and/or concerns pertaining to your health care

they are always very friendly and treat you with respect and like your family and although nobody wants to be sick, it feels like you wanna go there just to see those people cause they’re so nice. They’re also always very prompt and get you right in. They’re my Doctor for life.

Mainly, I believe I have found a practice that knows what is happening with my health. Dr Gupta goes over all tests and labs, including those ordered by my gyn and gastroenterologist. I'm happy I started while my health needs are few. I'll have a steady track record for future concerns. I've enjoyed each employee encountered and location and parking are easy.

It is early going as we are transferring to this location because our previous primary moved out of town to a new city. The folks at AgeWell are friendly and conscientious about our time and medical costs. A principal reason for choosing AgeWell is their focus on geriatrics, proximity of location, and a network of other specialist providers thus reducing travel and repetition. I am optimistic things will continue to stabalize and improve.
