Every provider that we have seen at the office has been wonderful. They are always willing to listen to our concerns and take them seriously. I appreciate the thoroughness and care they take with our children.

Dr. Shah is incredibly patient, kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed at her visits and also get the impression that she genuinely cares about my kids. I???m so happy to have found her.

Dr. Shaw is consistently great with not only our son, but with easing our concerns as well. Given that our son is in daycare we are there at least once a month, so we've been with all the providers at this point. We ask for her. Our favorite for well/annual check ups is the NP Robin, she's so caring and kind. Brandy is our favorite receptionist, she's watched my son grown from his squishy baby phase to the almost 2 year old he is. She knows him by name and is so personable. The other ladies are also kind and wonderful as well. I would 100% recommend this facility!

The appointment takers are very rude and abrupt. I only continue coming to the practice because Dr Kevin and Dr Russ saved my twins lives. The appointment takers however have slacked on your service and empathy when you call in for a sick child.
