It would be extremely helpful if she didn’t wear a mask. While I understand it’s purpose, this provider wears a mask more often than not and it’s hard for someone who has hearing difficulties.

She doesn't address all things ...when I come in she says we'll just come for one thing and come back for the others because it's to many to address..than I have more illnesses that accumulated by than and the other things got worse..

Don’t mean to offend but it is hard to feel like you can ask other things. Interaction feels stiff and unapproachable.
