The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr Andersen is always personable and professional. She is thorough and explains items of concern. I highly recommend her and that Baptist location.

Everything! All of the staff and nurses are welcoming, kind, and efficient. The office is clean and comfortable. Dr. Andersen is by far the best doctor I have ever had. She is attentive, knowledgeable, caring, and easy to talk to.

Reception is friendly. Dr. Andersen, is a great MD. Dr. Andersen takes the time to listen to you, asks good questions . She responses to what a plan forward with health. I appreciate Dr. Andersen caring for her patients.

Wasn’t in the waiting area longer than 5 mins, Reception very friendly. Dr. Andersen was very knowledgeable and informative. She reviewed my labs, all my medications, any changes to make, and addressed all concerns and answered all questions. She also has such energy and positive attitude! So glad she is my doctor!

The location is close. The staff are friendly, courteous, and professional.. Dr. Andersen is my doctor and has always treated me with courtesy and takes the time to sit down and really listen to what I have to say. She offers encouragement and makes suggestions as to what else I may have to do for my treatment. -
