The location is close. The staff are friendly, courteous, and professional.. Dr. Andersen is my doctor and has always treated me with courtesy and takes the time to sit down and really listen to what I have to say. She offers encouragement and makes suggestions as to what else I may have to do for my treatment. -

The familiarity of the office. I had been coming to this office but because my doctor left I did too. I came back after a few years and everything looked the same as I remembered. It made me feel good not having to adjust to something new. The staff is very friendly and I absolutely love my doctor. Dr Andersen is wonderful. She is easy to talk to. She listens to what I have to say besides being a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. My whole family has her as their doctor as well. Hopefully we will be able to stay here for many years to come.

The staff, nurses, and physicians treat their patients with respect. I feel that my health is a priority. The physicians do not rush an appointment and ensure that my concerns are addressed. When I had bronchitis, I was seen asap without an appointment and the physicians followed up a few days later to make sure I was on the mend. This is only one example of how caring the team is! I feel that the staff, nurses, and physicians are exceptional healthcare professionals. And the world be a better place if people were as joyful as Dr Andersen. She brings such positivity into the room when she sees her patients!
