The familiarity of the office. I had been coming to this office but because my doctor left I did too. I came back after a few years and everything looked the same as I remembered. It made me feel good not having to adjust to something new. The staff is very friendly and I absolutely love my doctor. Dr Andersen is wonderful. She is easy to talk to. She listens to what I have to say besides being a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. My whole family has her as their doctor as well. Hopefully we will be able to stay here for many years to come.

Dr. Andersen is the best! She is so sweet and pleasant to be around. She takes the time to explain things in a way that I would understand. She always has a cheerful disposition. She’s very knowledgeable and never makes me feel rushed. I appreciate how thorough she is as well. Overall a great experience.

The office was very clean with a good atmosphere. LPN Bob was very professional and nice. Dr. Andersen was great as well. She has perfect "bedside manner" and answered all of my questions. The ladies at the front desk were good as well.

The staff, nurses, and physicians treat their patients with respect. I feel that my health is a priority. The physicians do not rush an appointment and ensure that my concerns are addressed. When I had bronchitis, I was seen asap without an appointment and the physicians followed up a few days later to make sure I was on the mend. This is only one example of how caring the team is! I feel that the staff, nurses, and physicians are exceptional healthcare professionals. And the world be a better place if people were as joyful as Dr Andersen. She brings such positivity into the room when she sees her patients!

I had an ear infection. I called and the receptionist was very nice and was able to get in that day to see Dr. Andersen. Dr, Andersen was very nice.Checked me out and put me on an antibiotic. It has been 3 days since I was there and I am feeling much better. I like the fact that when I call they are able to get me in ASAP. Thank you to the entire team!
