I thought Amy was excellent and thorough. This was my first visit there, I am the partner for [Name] who no longer drives. I must say I am shocked at the name of your facility: Heart FAILURE Clinic!!!! What a negative name!!!

Amy listens especially when I was commenting on the possible charge that you get if you send a message through the portal. I told her that I wonder how other people see that and decide to forget asking. Why have a message portal?

Listened to my concerns, went over all of the necessary information. She asked if I had any questions or concerns and showed genuine concern for my heart health and the frequent issues I have with my medications and treatment. Well done Amy!!

Amy was great at explaining any question that I had, she is also very personable and pleasant to speak with. This was my first visit and I was very pleased with the concern Amy has with helping to do all she can to help me with my heart health care.

Amy, DNP, is very knowledgeable about my medical diagnosis and treatment, and she is able to hear my concerns and carefully explain my treatment plan. which helps me feel confident about the next steps. I feel relaxed and comfortable talking with Amy, and I look forward to my appointments with her.
