What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Amy was great at explaining any question that I had, she is also very personable and pleasant to speak with. This was my first visit and I was very pleased with the concern Amy has with helping to do all she can to help me with my heart health care.

Amy DPN, at the Heart Failure Clinic is very knowledgeable about my medical issues and treatment plan, and she helps me understand and feel more confident about the next steps. I feel comfortable talking with her and am grateful to receive this service.

Amy, DNP, is very knowledgeable about my medical diagnosis and treatment, and she is able to hear my concerns and carefully explain my treatment plan. which helps me feel confident about the next steps. I feel relaxed and comfortable talking with Amy, and I look forward to my appointments with her.

We found the care at the heart failure cardiac unit to be very thorough. Explained everything and asked if we had any questions. Very satisfied in every aspect of our care.

When I get EKG done and if I need other tests not scheduled well they get you appointment same day and in the same building

I would tell them that I feel very fortunate to have access to the excellent services in the Heart and Vascular Center at MyMichigan-Midland. The expertise in caring for and providing direction to their patients is very much appreciated when a potential life event has or could happen.

Amy was wonderful in explaining everything to me. She gave me time to understand all the medical terms she was using. When I left there I felt I learn a lot about medical conditions and how to treat my self.

Make sure to talk with her about test results. One of the results was way out of line and dangerous and no one from that office called about. RR called and said get in here right away.

I received the care and advice that I needed and felt reassured about the care plan. Amy was thorough in inquiring about my symptoms and treatment thus far, and I left feeling optimistic that I could continue my active lifestyle as long as possible.

Very professional and spends time explaining EKG results and necessary testing. Never feel rushed at my appointment and am pleased with the punctuality of the entire clinic. I always feel they are aware of my presence and never have to wait.

Easy to get to the building, Easy to find parking, Easy to get to the office/exam room, Always on time, Amy is an excellent listener!, I feel she cares and wants one to understand their problem and what we can do about it. I have a walker and a speech disability so all the above things are very important to me!!

Amy is amazing and very personable. I just hate that it has to be called the heart failure clinic. There's no need for it to be called That heart clinic would be enough
