Amy is very caring and takes time to talk to you about concerns you may have. She is very personable and explains things in an understandable way.

Amy listens carefully to my concerns and gives clear and thoughtful answers to my questions. I like the fact that she takes whatever time required to explain my treatment plan. I feel that I'm well looked after.

Amy is extremely knowledgeable and took the needed time to thoroughly review my issues; listened very well; and was very clear in her diagnosis and recommended course of action. She has a great demeanor and put me at ease during my visit.

Amy listens especially when I was commenting on the possible charge that you get if you send a message through the portal. I told her that I wonder how other people see that and decide to forget asking. Why have a message portal?

Listened to my concerns, went over all of the necessary information. She asked if I had any questions or concerns and showed genuine concern for my heart health and the frequent issues I have with my medications and treatment. Well done Amy!!

Amy was great at explaining any question that I had, she is also very personable and pleasant to speak with. This was my first visit and I was very pleased with the concern Amy has with helping to do all she can to help me with my heart health care.

Amy, DNP, is very knowledgeable about my medical diagnosis and treatment, and she is able to hear my concerns and carefully explain my treatment plan. which helps me feel confident about the next steps. I feel relaxed and comfortable talking with Amy, and I look forward to my appointments with her.

We found the care at the heart failure cardiac unit to be very thorough. Explained everything and asked if we had any questions. Very satisfied in every aspect of our care.

When I get EKG done and if I need other tests not scheduled well they get you appointment same day and in the same building

I would tell them that I feel very fortunate to have access to the excellent services in the Heart and Vascular Center at MyMichigan-Midland. The expertise in caring for and providing direction to their patients is very much appreciated when a potential life event has or could happen.
