What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Amy has moved from another healthcare system to MyMichigan and I am so happy that she has. I’ve been seeing her for a couple of years now, so having her continue to be my Oncologist rather than starting with a new doctor is a huge bonus for me. Amy has always been very knowledgeable and attentive to my case and care plan, and fully answers and explains any questions I have.

Amy is very knowledgeable and answered every question thoroughly. She went above and beyond to address my concerns regarding my last mammogram. Her staff was courteous and a pleasure to interact with. They immediately made me feel comfortable even though I was a new patient. I would highly recommend Amy and her staff to anyone I cared about.

Unfortunately my concerns are dismissed and I have been told, you are just dealing with it then? I asked for a hormone panel (with Dr. not PA) to ensure my medicine was working and I was told, it was, as you are having hot flashes, we don't run tests on that. These visits are the most frustrating for me, as it basically , what are you medication are you taking, ok, still suffering through extreme hot flashes ( medicine prescribed) was not effective, I ask what alternatives and I get basically silence. As a woman, I expected more from a female doctor, more understanding. women are already disadvantaged in medicine, menopause not even taught or learned by doctors, this effects 100% of women. So I now go to my visits, pay 200 dollars to go over my medicine I am taking.
