This experience with the physician for my needs, specifically LGBT needs, has surpassed what I could have ever imagined from a primary physician's practice. The time and effort put into regarding both listening and informing has been amazing. I am left feeling heard and cared for, thank you!

Seems to be efficiently run. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. My recent virtual visit with Amy Burrell was a very satisfying experience on a day when I was feeling very lousy. I have been a satisfied client since moving here 4 years ago. So this has been the place I???ve trusted since COVID has been a part of our lives.

Dr B has been my primary care about 12 years. He knows me and has helped me through many medical issues. New PA Amy is a great fit, listens and cares, like Dr B. Can't remember the MA name, but she's great too. In care there isn't a space for what's not good about the office, it's the phones, I don't have as good access to Dr B but am learning the new portal.

Would not refer any friend and definitely not a family member to visit with this nurse assistant. Have other family members that only see Doctor when visiting Baptist University and going forward I will request the same.

You cant get an appointment with this place. It took several months for me to get in for an appointment. I had to make one with the nurse practitioner because my doctor was booked up. I tried back in January and the doctor didnt have any availability til March.
