I was able to get in to see Amy Burrell as a follow up visit within a day about the problem that I have with bronchitis. She was informative and explained how I was doing. She called in medications to Walgreens which I appreciated. Scored 10.

Seems to be efficiently run. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. My recent virtual visit with Amy Burrell was a very satisfying experience on a day when I was feeling very lousy. Dr B has been my primary care about 12 years. He knows me and has helped me through many medical issues. New PA Amy is a great fit, listens and cares, like Dr B. Can't remember the MA name, but she's great too. In care there isn't a space for what's not good about the office, it's the phones, I don't have as good access to Dr B but am learning the new portal.
