She seemed very nice and knowledgeable, but when she first walked in and started talking without introducing herself. I wasn’t sure who she was. I was trying to see her badge. No overcoat and wearing jeans which is fine as I am sure it was casual Friday.

SHE TOOK TIME TO LISTEN TO MY PROBLEM WHICH WAS HURTING IN MY UPER BACK & NEEDED AN X RAY. WHICH WAS A GOOD IDEA SINCE IT DID NEED MORE DONE . GOOD THING SHE SUGGESTED DOING IT RIGHT AWAY.
