I have taken my mother there for several years. I just became a patient, which indicates how great the provider is. Amanda is kind, speaks loudly so my deaf mother can hear and will always explain things until they are fully understood. I would highly recommend her care to anyone who needs a provider. She is that good.

I have already recommended her to friends as I see how she works with my [AGE] year old mother. She is polite, kind and explains everything. If Mom misunderstands or doesn’t hear anything, Amanda cheerfully restates it and makes sure she understands.

I was nervous about switching my PCP from a dr to a nurse practitioner. During the 1st visit I felt like I had struck gold. Amanda was so supportive, smart, funny, and caring. I hope she sticks around for a long time.

Amanda Jacques is a great provider who takes the time to actually listen and is respectful of your individual needs and situation. She is a skilled and compassionate NP and I am appreciative of her support to meet my health needs and goals. The staff at Tawas Internal Medicine are wonderful as well!

Experience has been excellent. The only concern I have had was the 5 weeks it took to get results of a carotid artery ultra-sound last July. When I inquired on My Michigan after 4 + weeks, I got the results and call from Amanda’s office within a couple days. Not sure what the problem was at the Image department. That’s the only concern I have had, but NOT with Amanda’s office.
