What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
When I called to inquire about info and deciding if I needed to receive a new measles vaccination, I was told the office does not make recommendations on vaccines. Who do you consult to get that type of information from, if not from your GP.

My doctor Amanda jocks that's not how you spell her name but close enough! She is so wonderful I just love her to pieces I'm thrilled with that that she is the one that is my provider and is saying that I'm being taken care of the right way. I highly recommend her to everybody! Thank you Amanda

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I would tell them that they should get together with the providers at Amanda Jack's office I know Amanda is just incredibly awesome and I believe from what I understand the rest of the providers and her team are also just as awesome! I have been waiting for someone like Amanda for a very long time I'm very very happy with her!

Everyone in the office is amazing, they take real good care of you . I honestly just love going there . She spends so much time with me and listens to everything that I may have a problem with she’s the best doctor and her bedside manner is the best I have ever experienced. She has the perfect staff they all work together so well.

My health has improved considerably since seeing Amanda Jacques. She is always on top of my health and has addressed fully every complaint I ever had. I would recommend her to anyone. She never makes me feel hurried and is super thorough. Top notch doctor and staff!!!

Don't expect them to be there when you need them to be there. I don't understand why on a Thursday my primary care person is not in the office. Is incredibly frustrating. Why are they only there part-time on fridays? Yes we live in central Northern Michigan but [removed expletive] we deserve people to be in the office when we need them to be there. We should not have to wait for months to get an appointment because they only work part-time in this area. As nothing to do with the provider has everything to do with the scheduling of the providers in this area. Do better

Mandy is an excellent caregiver who makes sure she takes time to listen to me and helps me understand my aging body. She never makes me feel rushed or dismissed. I think the world of her and her staff. Thank you for your care.

Excellent experience, although the phone system was really messed up recently and the phone wait time can sometimes be excessive. Perhaps installing the “call back, keep your place in line” systems some places have could reduce frustration on both ends.

Amanda and her office co workers are very respectful, efficient, and I appreciate that. When the receptionist has a person standing in front of them, please end the headset call quickly, or have some kind of indicator when that conversation has ended. It’s hard to tell sometimes.
