Amanda is awesome. She listens, she researches suggestions, she welcomes educated patients, and she does not overprescribe medicines. She is also very accepting of Functional Medicine options and will work with Functional Dr to actually heal patients rather than patch with medicine. I am thrilled with her knowledge and her bedside manner and her open mindedness.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Yes I have recommended this group of Doctors to some of my relatives and friends. Amanda Jacques NPA and Sarah Woods are both good NPA 's . Also the Nurses are all very nice and helpful to me and other patients in the office setting . Several Doctors have recently retired in Tawas Area so I have recommended this office to both relatives and friends too. Thank you for asking me to participate in your survey 😊

She listens and makes sure concerns are addressed. She makes sure I understand what she is saying. She talks about tests and results in a way that is clear. Also, her nurse understands and answers questions or refers me to Amanda. I am very satisfied with this clinic.

Had lower back pain,got an appointment the next day. I thought it was my kidney but it wasn't it was a pulled muscle in my lower back. Got a prescription for muscle relaxers and told to follow up with some excersices.

Amanda is the best PCP I have every had. The staff is always kind and helpful. I never dread when I have to call or make an appointment. Any questions I have about my health or prescriptions are always answered clearly. Anytime I have had to call with a question I get a timely response.
