Mandy is an excellent caregiver who makes sure she takes time to listen to me and helps me understand my aging body. She never makes me feel rushed or dismissed. I think the world of her and her staff. Thank you for your care.

Excellent experience, although the phone system was really messed up recently and the phone wait time can sometimes be excessive. Perhaps installing the “call back, keep your place in line” systems some places have could reduce frustration on both ends.

Amanda Jacques takes time with me and doesn't rush. She explains things very well and helps me to understand. She has a sunny disposition and I can tell she is happy with her job. She cares about me as a patient and I truly appreciate that.

Amanda and her office co workers are very respectful, efficient, and I appreciate that. When the receptionist has a person standing in front of them, please end the headset call quickly, or have some kind of indicator when that conversation has ended. It’s hard to tell sometimes.
