Amanda Jacques is caring, understanding and listens to my issues. The best doctor I have ever had. The ladies in the office were not nice until it became My Mich. They were always rude but now they smile and talk to me like a real person.

Please keep Amanda. She is a great listener and easy to talk to. She gives good advice. The gals at the desk should at least make eye contact or smile when patients walk in.

When I see Amanda. I can ask any question about what's going on with my health and she will explain things to me. I understand them and I don't leave the office confused. She doesn't leave me sitting in the office a long time. She's very professional and I love the fact that she always has a big smile on her face. She takes go care of my health needs.

Amanda is courteous and very knowledgeable about what is going on with my health. She explains things to me where I can understand them. She is caring and I feel comfortable with her as my doctor.

I enjoy my visits, I even check in when I’m not scheduled in order to build a doctor client relationship. However I’ve yet to see Amanda she is always busy getting after it!

We love Amanda. She listens, explains things very clearly so we can understand, is caring and very courteous. She has made sure to cover everything thourghly. I have recommended her many times. Very happy with her team with Tiffany. We are very ok to have Sarah if Amanda isn’t there. It hasn’t happened too often.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
That Amanda Jacques is a good 'doctor' and listens to you. As for the staff, the receptionists are a little too aggressive at trying to screen patients and either you give up asking or they will route your question to the nurse. I don't know their names but one is relatively nice and the other makes you feel guilty about trying to being involved in your own healthcare and having the nerve to bother them.

Pleasant, friendly, very knowledgeable. Listens tentatively and discusses medical history well. I feel very confident in having Amanda monitoring my medical status. Thank You.

Amanda is an ideal PCP. She is easy to talk to, well understands me and my ailments and my visits to her always result in me feeling better. And when called for, she has never hesitated to refer me to a specialist. I regard the primary care I receive from Amanda as excellent and I enthusiastically recommend her.
