I have been a patient at the Mandarin office for ten plus years. They respond to messages promptly. It’s easy to communicate with them thru the app- My Baptist Chart. They offer virtual appointments when I don’t need to be seen in person. The app is great for scheduling and paying bill, also. The Physician Assistants are great too. Refills are a breeze. They have many physicians, but I primarily see Dr Todd or one of the superb Physician Assistants. I am grateful for all they do. I highly recommend them.
