Dr James explained everything to me in detail. She showed me the pictures of my eyes & how they relate to the issues I am having. Then we agreed on a plan of treatment going forward. I could not be more satisfied. She was intelligent, caring & wonderful.

It was my first time seeing Dr. James for eye issue. Dr. James was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She did a thorough exam and explained to me in details about the problem and provided instructions to follow. She made me feel comfortable to ask questions and she answered my concerns. I feel much better now.
The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The technician did a thorough pre-exam. The staff at the front desk were also very helpful and friendly. I asked my primary doctor office to fax the referral. The staff made sure they received the referral and notified me upon receiving it. Great service!

She checked for any impact to my eyes from a fall and cleared any concerns. She also checked for any change in my eye pressure readings and prescribed drop because of higher pressure in one eye.

First checkup with Dr. Yu although my husband and I have been going to this practice for more than 20 years. Loved Dr. Yu. Very thorough, very personable, gave good advice. Look forward to my next checkup a year from now!
