Dr James explained everything to me in detail. She showed me the pictures of my eyes & how they relate to the issues I am having. Then we agreed on a plan of treatment going forward. I could not be more satisfied. She was intelligent, caring & wonderful.

It was my first time seeing Dr. James for eye issue. Dr. James was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She did a thorough exam and explained to me in details about the problem and provided instructions to follow. She made me feel comfortable to ask questions and she answered my concerns. I feel much better now.
The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The technician did a thorough pre-exam. The staff at the front desk were also very helpful and friendly. I asked my primary doctor office to fax the referral. The staff made sure they received the referral and notified me upon receiving it. Great service!

My surgery and recovery was very easy. The doctor advised me of every step and advised that I could come for additional follow up visits only if I felt I needed to. I chose to because I have cataracts and glaucoma. However, everything is progressing along smoothly.

Dr James was welcoming, engaging, readily listened to my worries & concerns, educating & realistically reassuring me; competent & careful with utilizing her medical skills in assessing, diagnosing & providing treatment for me. Overall, a very fine first experience for me, who was referred by friends to this ophthalmology practice. Everyone in the practice was great😊
