When checking out, the young man who helped me make 3 follow up appointments was an excellent communicator face to face, highlighted all the important details on the appointment take home sheets. He was kind, and although he had a mask on, I could see from his eyes & body language that he was smiling and completely invested in my satisfactory experience.

It may be the first time that I can remember being seen close to the time of my appointment. In this case I was seen maybe even a few minutes early. Even though I am retired, showing courtesy and ability to be on a schedule is noteworthy.

I left the appointment feeling I finally have a Dr. Who listened and had a plan.I walked out feeling, at last, there was confidence that my issues would be addressed and I'd be taken care of.I wish I had gotten here way before now. My issues have been going on for over a year.

The MA Rebecca was so courteous and patient. She was amazing and this was my first time meeting Dr. Alkilani he is the BEST! I won't be going to anyone else. It's so refreshing finally seeing a doctor with answers/information and with a gameplan. He was so kind and understanding. This appointment was so great!

I received a new machine on a Thursday and had a problem the first night, I sent a email via MyChart on Friday explaining the problem and I needed assistance. I received a response stating the doctor was out until Tuesday and a message would be left for him. Shortly after that email I received an email from Rebecca stating heseen my email and called the Doctor while he was off. Rebecca confirmed the Dr wanted to see me and she set up an appointment. Rebecca went above and beyond she was kind, concerned and caring. I needed a follow up and there was a problem with the date, Jennifer E. Was needed at this new appt. It was her day off. Jennifer heard my situtation and said I guess I'm coming in on my day off. This is dedication and she as well as Rebecca should be recognized.
