I have always received excellent care from Alison and her staff. She listens to my concerns and always explains her answers in terms I can understand. She is always kind, compassionate, and caring. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.

Alison is a wonderful provider. She listens to what the patient has to say then discusses the medical reasoning of why or why not she is going to do something. Best provider I have ever had!

Alison is a great Healthcare provider. She listens and I feel for the first time ever from a Healthcare provider that she actually cares about my health and is not just going through the motions. Marissa is a a great nurse she cares and communicates with me whenever I visit the office.

Melissa responds right away to messages I send in the portal. Alison and staff have been very responsive and helpful. Especially appreciate the ability to do virtual visits when we are living in Florida during the winter.

Not changing appointment when I scheduled it, as I am traveling, it cost me an additional week of expenses.

I think Alison listens to me and hears my concerns. She always follow up with answers in a timely manner. Her nurse has always been very pleasant during my visit and has contacted me in a timely manner on test results.

She listened to me. She was thorough. She was kind. I asked if I could become a permanent patient. She will take care of my daughter as well. We are looking forward to being Alison’s patients.

I have never enjoyed going to the doctor because they always talk down to you. Alison and her staff always listen to me and take the time to help figure out what is going on. I have never had these women talk down or rudely tell you their beliefs on what is going on. It makes easier to want to go to the doctor when something is wrong!

To not have anything wrong to need to come in. They do a awesome job and I can't even think of a way for it to improve.

I came in for a new patient appointment. Alison spent as much time as it took taking down my own health history as well as family conditions. She answered any questions I had and she didn't talk over me or make me feel uncomfortable in any way. She also offers video sessions, which I will take advantage of in the future.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
This was my first visit with Alison Meyers. I liked that right from the start she stated that she wanted to know everything about my health background as well as family health issues. Most doctors don't spend the time that is actually needed in getting to know a patient and their health history. I liked that Alison took her time asking me questions not just about my health conditions but also about my life. I also like that I didn't leave the appointment "empty handed". What I mean by that is that she offered to help me in SOME way rather than none. I didn't go into the appointment looking for any specific type of help, but she helped me anyways in the form of a pain clinic referral, and X-rays and blood work. I appreciated her help in this matter.

I don’t know that this is recognizing excellence however my previous doctors office was such a disappointment that I hated to even go. Alison and her staff have turned that around for me. I almost look forward to going in because they do listen. I have developed total confidence that when I speak I am truely heard. I went through something a few months ago that required a new specialist and Marissa worked tirelessly getting info into the specialist so I could be seen. She stayed in contact with me and if not available when I called in was prompt in returning my calls. Just when we thought the specialist had all the info that they needed something else would come up. All it took was a call and Marissa was on it. I worked with her for maybe 2 months and on a visit one day finally met her. I thanked her repeatedly for everything she had done to get me into the specialist. Words sometimes don’t convey how grateful that you are for someone’s hard work. Maybe this will. She is amazing.

Everyone was wonderful! Brandi helped with scheduling, Emmaly, Marissa, Ali and others were so welcoming and took time out of their day to pause, have patience and talk to a toddler. Special professionals who care for others and take their time. Nothing is rushed. Thankful for the team!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
This appointment I was genuinely impressed that Ms Meyers remembered so much about me / my case after quite a while between appointments. I always feel very heard and respected by Alison and Marissa (I’m pretty sure that’s right - I apologize if not).
