I am grateful for her concern for me as a woman and reminding me that I need to schedule time for myself. She focused a lot on nutrition and overall health to help me prepare for the future. I appreciate the two handouts she gave about how to take charge of my own health.

I would slow down a little during your appointments, especially during the first OB visit. Just a lot of information at one time.

Dr. Williams is a gem of a doctor, and the world needs more like her. She gives tools, resources, and helpful advice that can be implemented to live a healthier life. I've never heard another doctor encourage healthy habits in the way she does, and I can't recommend her enough.

Dr. Williams was so joyful and kind. She was attentive, gentle, listened very closely, and gave comprehensive information. She presented me with multiple options and made adjustments according to my comments and concerns. Dr. Williams was very gracious and attentive.
