The staff is amazing and make me feeling like family and not just an insurance payment. Gracie is my absolute favorite staff member in Dr Hansens office!

Dr Hansen is an amazing man and Dr. super friendly, informative and extremely understanding! He�s gone above and beyond to help me get through both of my cataract and DMEK surgeries and I would highly recommend him to other patients!

I was surprised at how fast I was seen

I was very disappointed because of several reasons:
1. Clinic was not clean at all equipment was loaded with finger prints it seems like it hasn't been cleaned in a hundred years. The eye paddle that spoon given to cover one eye was nasty .
2. The doctor lacks of experience and possible knowledge in the anatomy of the eye. He needs to understand that unwashed hands transmit diseases. He toch my eye lids with durty hands.
Doctor recommend over the counter eye drops. What a disappointment it's well-known that over the counter medicines doesn't work or offers very little benefits. So if I look for a doctor and be willing to pay large amount of money for a consultation i expect to come out with a prescription to get something better than over the counter medicines.
Remember that from the very beginning of me coming to spokane eye clinic i have the same eye problem.
Anyway I hope you don't get angry. i am speaking what I experienced there.

He done so well that the Dr. at the post-op exam said it looked like it was healing up already, and at that rate my vision ought to be recovering quickly.
