She is a wonderful doctor and person. She went out of her way and took the time at Christmas to provide gifts for my developmentally disabled clients and deliver them personally when she was off. Dr. Alejandra De Santiago is their PCP and has been for a long time. You don't get very many doctors who would do that so for her to take time out of her busy schedule to make sure they got these gifts for Christmas was so compassionate. We love her and appreciate her.

She’s an example of patient care and really excellent with communication listening and not making it difficult for patients to communicate with her or understand what she’s communicating with them. Finds a way gives hope

She truly cares about her patients and is willing to refer to specialty doctor when agreed that it is necessary to continue specialized care. Her compassion and care shows through her time and attention she provides at an appointment.

I was quite happy. She was very knowledgeable about my previous medical provider and it made this transition for me feel quite smooth. She answered some questions on my meds i needed. And a swollen hand I've had to deal with. 👍

She was enthusiastic in a good way. It seemed like she really wanted to get to the bottom of what ailed me and wanted to make sure that I got on the right track and went out on a limb even to get me into an MRI which I appreciate
