Exceptional. No long wait to see patients. Dr. Matsumoto is very attentive and listens with concerns regarding increased pain in specific areas. Recommended therapy needed during recent visit. Appointment made same day for relief.

Both of my appointments were timely and I had a good experience. The office is run very efficiently which I appreciate. Dr. Matsumoto explained my results clearly and I have always found him to be very personable. He will take time to answer any questions as well.

I was able to get an appointment in a relatively short time span. The staff are professional and Dr. Matsumoto was very attentive and concerned about my problem. He assisted with medication and recommended PT, which I will follow up.
If needed, there is an open door to see him again for further treatment and consultation.

Dr. Matsumoto was thorough, did the appropriate tests and read the necessary material, and explained my situation clearly and thoughtfully. Unfortunately, he didn't think he could do anything to alleviate my back pain, but I guess that's the way it goes.
