I love the online portal .. I have had 3 jobs that gave me the option of Baptist and I have come back over the years, which was before the online portal. I hope to god that this issue with Blue Cross does not affect my care

The reception and waiting room area is clean roomy and well kept. The office staff is very professional, communicative and caring. The physicians are world class.
