DR. Akkouche was amazing! She explained my issue, test results and treatment in great detail unlike any other. I'm going to be requesting to continuously be under her care for that reason

Samia Akkouche is the best PCP I have ever had. She listens She makes you feel as if you are her only patient. She explains things very well. She does not talk down to you. She feels like a member of your family.

Matthew at the front desk was notably friendly and professional. He greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in the door, and was very courteous throughout the checkin process. Yes—I would say he was outstanding.

staff made me aware of the possibility or running behind prior to my scheduled appt time and asked if I was ok with it. I mentioned I had to be back at work at a certain time. They were able to get me in on time and you would have never known how busy they were when speaking to my provider as she completed my physical, reviewed labs, inquired about specifics related to my care and gave recommendations. Spoke about importance of different aspects of diabetes and implementations for future health. Reviewed common practices regarding [ ] but then asked my thoughts regarding information. She listened and I did not feel rushed and I felt very well cared for. Nursing staff was also prompt in all interactions throughout the visit. Great healthcare experience !

Doctor's visits are usually scary for me but Dr Samia made me feel very comfortable. She was very patient and kind and caring. I felt heard. Very observant and keen listener. You can tell She genuinely cares for and wants the best for her patients. Very good 1st visit with her!

I saw My provider Samia on [ ]. She’s extremely patient, kind and attentive to my care needs.. most importantly, she took time with me to explain all my rising concerns and educated me and the things I needed to work on to improve my overall health. I truly appreciated her caring nature and excellence.

This was a very easy appointment. I’ve never seen this doctor and was wary. I always see Dr. [ ]. He’s our family doctor. But this doctor was hands on, Questioned the milligrams in three of my medicines, And even thought to order an [ ], I’m having in my [ ]. I’d say it was a wonderful appointment with a wonderful doctor

Dr Samia I am amazed with her in how she treats me, shows that she cares as if she was my mom shows that she's worried about your health. I am thankful with God for having her as my Dr and as a female Dr🙂

I had a wonderful experience with an assistant during my visit. Oh how I wish I could remember her name. Lailana? I can’t remember, but I do know she is 21 yrs old. She was so kind and cared about my well being. She took extra time to make sure all of my concerns and questions were answered. It was someone that I wish I could let know how much her words meant to me, and that it is a precious thing the way she demonstrated love and concern in a world that often gets too busy to care about anyone other than ourselves. Not to mention, she displayed these qualities at such a young age. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You are a special person, and thank you for your “words spoken at the right time.” (Proverbs 25:11)

She wasn't my regular Doctor so she really had no clue about my history and who I was as a patient but that's OK she was able to see me as soon as possible

Dr Samia is outstanding, I feel safe and comfortable with her, I look forward to my appts. I used to hate going to the Dr! She has helped me tremendously with staying on track and getting healthy, she takes her time with her patients and that is so important, I don't feel like a bother she really cares <3

First the nurse, Joy, who listened to my concerns and managed to get me an appointment the same afternoon with Samia Akkouche. Samia was very professional and courteous as she went through my chart , discussed my concerns and proposed a plan. It is so nice to have the medical chart. Very impressed with the entire Lee Physician Group.

I’ve never been so impressed with the doctors office like this one. My primary was not available but the courteous staff associate so there was a doctor that could do a zoom call with me and 10 minutes. She walked me through the process and I was able to speak with this Doctor Who is very very nice.. I have a virus and I really was [ ]. I was not expecting to get service like this. I’m just amazed., I received a [ ] that I had a family member pick up for me and I’m on the road to recovery. I am so thankful for physician group and that includes definitely the person on the phone that fix me up with the doctor right away.
