Provider refused to evaluate my child for ADHD, sent her out to someone else to be tested. Then claimed she couldn't see the results after testing was completed. Then once there was no denying the results were available, refused to prescribe medication. Waited months for help and the school year will be over by the time they are willing to address it. Meanwhile my child is struggling in school and worried about failing state testing to advance to the next grade.

Was advised my multiple in scheduling to keep appointment after requesting to cancel on multiple instances. Provider was not the correct medical professional to assist in the next stepsHighly recommend scheduling reconsider advising it's best to keep said appointment not recommended in plan of actionWaste of providers and my time.

I have never been tested so rudely by a provider. I am trying to advocate for my daughter and explain what has taken place since my daughter was last seen and I was told to not interrupt and just listen. Then once I had permission to speak I was then made to feel that I was making my child feel bad by asking for help for her. I left the appointment so discouraged and so angry for the way I was treated all while just trying to get my daughter the help she needs.

The billing department is really bad. I worked with some wonderful people in the scheduling department, the doctor who tested my daughter for behavior was great, as well as some nice people in the insurance verification department. Unfortunately, it has been a nightmare rectifying the billing, and other Baptist departments have been doing their best to help. Whoever oversees the billing department needs to be spoken to about their performance of their team. It's awful.
