My doctors and nurses are very professional, but also, caring. They know what each cancer patient is feeling and thinking about their cancer diagnoses and treatment, and their long term outcomes. Even patients that are in remission or after a successful surgery, still can't wait for the annual check up to make sure your cancer hasn't returned. I like that my Gyn Oncologist takes my fear seriously and makes every effort to reassure me that my cancer should not come back, now that it has been over 5 years of being cancer free. I leave each appointment feeling relieved and looking forward to living my life! Thank you MD Anderson Gyn Oncology Department!!

I recently had surgery performed by Dr. [last name] and Dr. A. McConaghy. From the onset, during the pre-surgery visit, both doctors rendered excellent care. Dr. [last name] and Dr. McConaghy provided detailed information regarding all medical procedures, answered questions thoroughly, were extremely kind, providing a very comforting environment during a stressful situation. The medical treatment given was phenomenal. I had a laparoscopic hysterectomy; and due to their medical plans the outcome was phenomenal. I am in awe to be able to say I had no pain during my recovery period. To say that both doctors were sublime in their performances is an understatement. I am so thankful to have been treated by these amazingly spectacular ladies.
