Like I said earlier, he is a fantastic Doctor. But I also want to take a moment to celebrate a front desk staff who goes by Charnae Thomas. She was a fantastic staff who provided services to me way beyond expectations. She went above and beyond to help me out have a smooth check in, smooth visit and smooth follow up appointment. As a face of the department, I will recommend her anytime anywhere. Overall I think you have a powerful combination of amazing people at SSM. Thank you Ms Thomas. Thank you Dr McConnell.
