Abigail Schroer was very caring and knowledgeable. When she first walked into the room she was so polite and friendly. After speaking with me she immediately ordered bloodwork so that she could find out what was causing my medical issues. I’m seriously considering making her my primary care physician.

Abigail comes in and you know she has read your chart and has a treatment plan that she discusses with you and she really cares. She makes you feel like I am very important to her. Thank you for having Abigail with SSM.

RN Abigail was amazing and she seemed to care a great deal about my particular situation (FMLA). She was responsive in a timely manner. Nurse’s aid and EKG technician Hanna was also very caring.

Abigail listened to everything I felt I needed to tell her so she could help me. She was very thorough in showing me & going over with me, my medical history at this SSM office. She gave good advice and suggestions on how to handle my medical issues. Told me what to watch for & what to do if any of these additional symptoms showed up. I was surprised at how much time she spent with me and felt confident she understood what my medical issue was.

I just disagreed with the diagnosis based on some of my s/sx. And as a health care provider myself I understand I don’t know everything, but after the diagnosis I researched it some and then felt like the provider listened to nothing I said.
