If you have to reschedule an appointment, do it online. I left several messages for a call back to to reschedule my appointment. I never received a call back. I was hesitant to go online and do it, but I did and it worked.

Was a 10/10 experience. Put all money aside and time aside. Did not matter how long it took. Doctor listened to what I had to say and cared about things that I said. I was referred to by a family member. To say the least, I was very impressed with the care and time given. The doctor filled out my occupational paperwork as well. This was my first appointment with new doctor and will not be the last. Previous doctor retired and moved. Found replacement and phone was answered and appointment was made instantly. Other doctors I left voicemails at never even called back to make an appointment. Excellent work, respect, and pride in her work. Thank you, [NAME]

I have only had the opportunity to visit with Abigail Kott once (this was an appointment to become an established patient) . It is apparent that she had thoroughly reviewed my health record and was well informed about my health history. She listened carefully to what I said. She mentioned "we work together as a team" which is very important. She is extremely thorough and addresses all issues.
