I recently moved here from a really big city. I had no faith in this rinky-dink little small town or their ability to give me high-quality care, but Abby is a breath of fresh air. She's young and listens to me and works with me without being preachy or judgmental. I really didn't expect this because I am a [AGE]-year-old female and she's the same age as my kids. She's kind of restored my faith in that generation and in this little small town.

Dr. Abbie is an amazing doctor. She listens to you and answers all questions and concerns you have. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Whenever you text Dr. Abbie about anything, she is very quick to get back to you, excellent follow up!! I would strongly recommend Dr. Abbie to all of my family and friends.

Abigail Kott is very receptive, attentive, and personable with each visit. However, reaching a receptionist is extremely difficult. Either 2 or 3 people are sitting at the desk upon arrival, but any time a call is made, no one answers the phone, and the calls are put through an automated system and made to hold unless leaving a message. The amount of time on hold is beyond acceptable for a doctor's office. Someone should be answering each incoming call to the office.
