Abbott aka Abby, tried to get me a smaller concentrator so that we could travel however our insurance won’t cover it unless I’m on Oxygen 24 seven but she tried really hard and I really appreciate all of her efforts

Ms Abby and her team are wonderful to work with. I can’t say enough great things about Ms Abby she is absolutely amazing and I just love being her patient. Sleep is so important to me and she understands this and is helping me achieve my goals.

She is very easy to talk to, she always takes time to answer my questions, and is very caring about how I am doing with my issue. She is like seeing your best friend, whom you have missed. She cheers me on regarding my sleep issue and is tender and understanding when I tear up. Please keep her for all the others who have sleep issues like myself.

That if you ever needed help regarding your sleep or the use of a CPAP machine contact the office of Abbott Smith at the mid-Michigan Medical Campus (Orchard Building). She is the best.
