Patel was good and made me feel comfortable before surgery. I would have liked to talk with him myself after surgery. He called my wife after surgery but we would prefer to see him in person to better know what to expect, get instructions from him, and be able to ask questions. Call was too brief. I do, however, understand his busy schedule.

The call was as scheduled, helpful, and efficient. Chriselle listened to and addressed all of my concerns and provided great advise. It was a positive experience overall! Though I wish I knew how to schedule such appointments myself online. Not sure how to do that.
