Unbelievable bedside manner! Dr. Rubin takes the time to explain everything and answer all your questions. He never rushed me or my wife and no question was too stupid or basic for him to patiently explain or clarify whether in his office or on the day of surgery. My wife is an RN who has worked with surgeons at another hospital. She remarked to me about how different, in a very good way, Dr. Rubin was from the stereotyped ego filled surgeons she's worked with. More importantly, he did a great job with the surgery. I had full confidence in him and am so happy that he was the one who removed my gall bladder.
