I feel he explained the procedure to be done very well and took the time to answer any questions that came up in our conversation. He also talked in terms we understand and not in terms we had no idea what he was explaining like some doctors do. This was a major plus for me b y talking in terms I would understand. My sister was also there and felt Iike I do.
