He thinks outside the box. I had another doctor from somewhere else ready to do surgery again on my foot. Dr Witkowski sent me for another test and came up with another idea. He said if my cortisone shot worked, then surgery would work with my issue. Otherwise, he said there was not surgery that could help. He is honest. So far the shot is doing great!
