Brian Steinke came across as unprofessional, arrogant, and condescending. He wouldn’t listen to our questions, kept cutting us off, acted like our questions were stupid, and even gave offensive answers. My husband was with me. He went to Harvard. I’m used to people underestimating my intelligence until they get to know me but the way he was responding to my husband was obnoxious. I would never return to him so I hope you have other options. I don’t think he enjoys his position at all, nor does he seem to enjoy interacting with people.

This doctor is extraordinary. I had no prior history with Dr. Woodard yet he got me on his schedule 1 week after our initial visit and gave us his personal cell phone number to use if I had any questions. Who does that? That was crazy awesome. He also has this charming down-to-earth demeanor which is helpful before a major surgery. I could go on and on but I suspect that there are 100's of patients with similar stories.
