I felt that Dr. Brown truly listened to my concerns and that she was able to make quick and appropriate actions to help determine the issues at hand. I’ve been dealing with tonsil issues for years and also felt she was the first doctor take me seriously and inform me about a tonsillectomy, which we may revisit the idea in a couple months after trying some medications for other issues. She was polite and professional.

This doctor did not seem interested in my back pain or even stalling the problem. He even said “we never know the reason” in regards what’s causing the pain. The entire visit gave me the impression that I could try the same 4 treatment options that he offers all of his patients, but nothing will ever solve this back pain and he really couldn’t care much about it anyway.I am a new mother who can’t even pick up her own baby without severe pain who is desperate for help. I do not find the help I needed with Dr Steinke.

Friendly and professional, explained things well. I was having problems getting an MRI approved, she was able to get it done very quickly. MRI showed significant damage to my spine and was referred to a surgeon. Also her nurse Jen was terrific.
