Knowing that I’m hard of hearing - he never once pull down his mask or wear the clear mask. I had others doctors either pull the mask or wear clear mask . I’m a lip reader. So it was not nice at all.

My mother was scare and has the beginning of dementia.. I felt she could of taken time to ease her fear. It seems she just wanted to finish. The last thing was that she said she would call us if anything was wrong after clipping the nail and left the room. We just stood there not knowing if we could leave.She might be a good Doctor but I think a little more interaction with the patient might help especially with elderly patients.
