He was professional. Did a great job. Too bad insurance insisted surgery had to be at hospital instead of at the Fox Valley Orthopedics surgical center. The hospital also recently advised me that an unrelated to the above surgery MRI had been approved by insurance WHEN IT HAD NOT BEEN APPROVED. That was another sign of sloppiness and an expensive error! Disgusting and alarming to say the least!
