He downplays everything I say . Especially when it comes to the side affects of the hormone meds I am taking . It's like he doesn't care if I am suffering with pain. He even went as far as telling me that even if we switched meds I would still experience pain

He was dismissive of me as a patient. I was looking for a fresh second opinion and instead received a closed-minded approach. He was irritated with the questions I asked, was negative in his approach and offered nothing new in regard to cancer treatment or prevention.

This is unacceptable. I had a telehealth appointment at 1pm today. I waited and waited until I got a message on mychart from his nurse, Ellie, at 1:24pm saying that Dr, Gradishar was done with clinic and left for the day and that he called me 4 times. My appointment time was for 1pm. I have on my caller id on my phone that his office called me at 10:29am and 12:47pm, before my appointment time. I could not answer when he called before my appointment time because I see patients all day. Dr. Gradishar left a message at 10:29am saying that he would speak to me later. I myself see patients all day and had to block out an hour for this phone call from 1p-2p. I do not see any record of him calling four times. I called his office at 12:59pm returning Dr. Gradishar's 10:29a call, and was told that they were messaging him that I was ready for his call. I am very disappointed that he left the office before trying to call me at my scheduled appointment time at 1pm. I regret to state the obvious, but I have cancer, which is very emotional and very taxing emotionally and physically. Thus, it is very insensitive and unprofessional for my appointment to be overlooked and skipped like this. As both a patient and a health care provider, I find this to be very unacceptable. I canceled and moved my own patients around for this appointment, and so Dr. Gradishar has not only inconvenienced me, but also my patients, my staff and my fellow providers who have had to reschedule to accommodate my appointments.
