Es la primera vez que la Dra. Alicia Marie Waites me atiende y me gustó el trato que recibí de ella, due muy cordial y me sentí muy cómoda en hablar y explicarle el motivo de mi visita. Me ofreció sugerencias y me explicó en detalle el tratamiento.

This is the first time I saw a doctor at this location who acted like they cared. She took the time to ask me questions and also provided me with an answer. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE.

Came for 1pm appointment, we received an automated text to click on to alert the office were here. Did all that. We waited for ~30mins. When we didnt get a response we proceeded to the waiting area for status only to be told that the appointment was missed and we had to reschedule??? What happened to phone call? The gentleman said it was probably IT glitch
