Dr. Whitnell was great. She took me through the entire hearing testing, hearing aid selection, and hearing aid delivery sequence patiently and clearly explaining every step along the way producing great results.

Calming and well-informed. She conducted an exceptionally thorough examination of my hearing and lack thereof. I have worn hearing aids for close to fifteen years and I have never had as thorough an hearing exam as she gave me today. I trust her.
